Mr. Stout's technology and application software experience spans more than 13 years. Prior to Daston Corporation, he served as Senior Director, Business Applications for Envision EMI. While at Envision Mr. Stout drove the information technology vision and strategy, and utilizing NetSuite and Certain Software transformed the organization's business applications from an on premise to a SaaS model, significantly reducing the total cost of ownership. Mr. Stout has also held the position of product manager, driving product strategy, for two companies -- Digital Paper Corporation, named as one of Fortune magazine's Cool Companies-Hot Ideas 2000, and System Automation Corporation, a leading provider of regulatory management solutions. Mr. Stout also served as a senior consultant at Arthur Andersen in their healthcare information technology practice and prior to that implemented clinical information systems for Cerner Corporation, the leading US supplier of healthcare information technology solutions. Mr. Stout holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in International Studies and Government and Politics from George Mason University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
